All Covid-19 instructions for passengers travelling to EGYPT are lifted effective 17th June 2022. Therefore, no proof of vaccination to enter Egypt is required. However, proof of Covid-19 vaccination during departure from Egypt depends on the destination. Source: https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/world.php

The government of Egypt requires online registration through https://visitegypt.gov.eg/ for all travelers who are entering Egypt with proof of vaccination for yellow fever, Polio, Cholera and Ebola if arriving from a country with risk of these diseases.
